Fruit Cocktail Smoothie


One 8 oz can of fruit cocktail, chilled
1 cup plant milk
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of ice cubes
2 dashes of ground cinnamon


In a blender combine undrained fruit cocktail and remaining ingredients and blend until combined.

Add ice cubes; cover and blend again till smooth.

Sprinkle with additional cinnamon (for garnish), if desired.

Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
