Fruit Salad Smoothie


One medium ripe peach
3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
Half a banana – peeled
Two cups skimmed evaporated milk or plant milk chilled
Four teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate
One teaspoon vanilla essence
Four to six ice cubes
Cinnamon — optional


Combine everything in a blender except ice and cinnamon.

With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time.

Divide the smoothie into 4 chilled glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serves 4.
