2 small bananas, peeled, cut up, and frozen
1-1/2 cups skim milk or plant milk
1 8-ounce container low-fat coffee yogurt or plant yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg
Banana slices (optional)
Fresh mint (optional)
In a blender container combine frozen bananas, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cover and blend till smooth.
To serve, pour into glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh banana slices and mint.
