How long is order fulfilment time?

Fulfilment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfilment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Fulfilment time doesn’t include shipping. Fulfilment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days. Our fulfilment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee. Shipping time depends on how close you are to one of our printing facilities and possible delays at customs. Please allow up to 28 days for shipping, although it is rare that orders take this amount of time.

Do you ship internationally?

Printful offers international shipping across the world. They don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, they don’t ship to the following destinations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, Printful only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities. Please note that the list of countries where we or our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change. 

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the sender, but most often it is due to a non-deliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the customer.  I will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed, and give us an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs or had an incorrect address originally provided.

If your package does get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, I’ve got your back! I’ll ship out a new order with tracking, at my expense.

How much is shipping?

We calculate live rates in real time based on the size and weight of the shipment. You will see two shipping options at checkout:

  • Express (fast shipping).
  • Standard.

Keep in mind that all carriers require phone numbers for express delivery. If you choose Express shipping, be sure to include your phone number in the order in advance to avoid shipment holds.

Printful chooses the most suitable carrier for your shipment, considering the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in the order confirmation email.

At checkout, you will only see the available shipping options for your particular area. For example, if Express shipping is unavailable for a specific destination, you will only see the Standard rate.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to go, Printful hands it over to the carrier and sends you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via their tracking page.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! I’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

I may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, but you think you haven’t received it, I won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

What if the product got damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to hello@veganvegetarianlife.com. Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image. I’ll have a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.

Why can’t I see any tracking info after my order has been shipped out?

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in your carrier’s system. Note that for international shipments, tracking info might appear even later. It’s also the case for shipments coming from Printful’s Tijuana facility, as they first ship items to the US and sort them at their San Diego facility. So don’t worry, your shipment is still on track for its destination.

Can Printful deliver orders to a PO Box?

Typically, only national postal operators like the US Postal Service or Canada Post are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products including framed posters and bulkier shipments are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so Printful uses commercial companies like FedEx to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. I suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense. The return address is set by default to the Printful facility.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
