Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, thinly sliced
- 1 cup low-fat plain or vanilla yoghurt
- ¾ cup skim milk
Set aside two or three slices of banana and place the rest of the banana in the blender. Add yoghurt and milk. Blend until smooth and garnish with extra pieces of banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
