Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana (freezing it makes the drink cold without diluting it with ice)
- 1/2 fresh papaya
- 10-12 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 c water or fruit juice
- 1 tbsp toasted wheat germ (optional)
Method
Purée all ingredients in a blender for 30–45 seconds.
Makes about sixteen delicious, filling, vegan, nutritious ounces.
